These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between LeadMint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ludo Money", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") and the user (hereinafter referred to as "User", "You", or "Your") governing your use of the Ludo Money mobile application and related services (the "Platform").

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, and Sikkim are not permitted to use the Platform, in compliance with applicable laws.

2. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity.

3. Services Offered

• Ludo Money offers skill-based games where users compete and may win cash rewards based on performance.
• Participation involves the use of real money, which is added via secure payment gateways and withdrawn upon verification.

4. KYC & Verification

• You must provide valid KYC documents (e.g., PAN Card, Bank Account details) for identity verification and withdrawals.
• The Company reserves the right to reject or block transactions if KYC is incomplete or invalid.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made using legally permitted and verified payment methods (e.g., UPI, bank account).
• Withdrawals will be processed within 48 working hours, subject to successful KYC and compliance checks.
• Any cashback or reward is non-transferable and subject to verification.

6. Fair Play and Conduct

• Users are prohibited from:
• Using bots, scripts, or automation.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Colluding or engaging in unfair practices.
• Violating fair play policies may lead to permanent ban and forfeiture of winnings.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Once a deposit is made, it cannot be refunded, except in the case of technical errors or unauthorized transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and design elements are owned by LeadMint Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

• Unauthorized access to user accounts.
• Loss of winnings due to non-compliance or errors on your part.

10. Privacy

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using the app.
• By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Amendments

• We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
