Refund Policy - Ludo Money

At Ludo Money, we prioritize fairness and user satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle refund requests.

1. In-App Purchases & Deposits

All deposits or in-app purchases made in Ludo Money are final and non-refundable. Once a user adds money to their wallet or purchases any feature/benefit in the app, the transaction cannot be reversed, except in the case of the following exceptions:

  • Double payment or duplicate transaction
  • Technical error causing deduction without credit
  • Unauthorized transaction due to account compromise (must be reported within 24 hours)

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The transaction must be clearly reflected in your payment history.
  • Refunds are only processed for real-money deposits, not for in-game rewards, coins, or bonuses.
  • You must provide a valid reason and proof (screenshot, transaction ID).

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Coins earned via gameplay, promotions, referral, bonus, lucky wheel, or offers.
  • Rewards received through streaks, quizzes, or tasks.
  • Any misuse or violation of app terms will void refund eligibility.

4. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank/payment gateway.
